CHA - preview day

I made it to CHA... yippie! It was a long journey. Up at 2 am to catch a canceled flight, 5" of snow at my house, almost re-routed to Vegas because of weather. Who cares now. I am here. And had my first day of a Paper Party where we got to create things using surfaces that we carry in the store, paired up with Bo Bunny, American Crafts, Little Yellow Bicycle, We R Memory Keepers and others. My favorite new company is Pink Paislee... shown above.
The first shot is of their new artisan tape. SO cool... little rolls of scotch tape that is beautifully printed and acid free and only like $1.99! The next picture is of a greeting card using their Queen Bee line that I ordered. And after that are bird houses that I think are $1 at Ben Franklins and just covered with more of their papers. Following that is a little coaster box that I made and we learned how to accordian fold that pretty little flower on the top - very vintage. And last but not least are their artisan albums... my favorite pic. These are canvas unusual shaped albums with patterns on the front and plain that you can add a rub on to, with chipboard pages. So so cute!
Check out their website at www.pinkpaislee.com

Ok... more to follow tomorrow. I will be attending the handmade pavillion, CHA supershow and I am gonna meet Carol Duvall... Queen of Crafts!

Keep those photos comin'! I like the Pink Paislee stuff, too, especially the tape. Are you going to check out Graphic 45 and GCD? (Hint, hint). So glad you finally got there! What an ordeal!
