this cute garland is super simple. Just rip (on the bias) strips of fabric... about 1" wide by about 10" long. Make sure you use colors that will coordinate with your tree. The patterns don't matter so much, they will get lost in the ripping. Then just tie a double knot from strand to strand. I make mine in about 3 yard pieces so they don't tangle from year to year. It makes for an inexpensive and really sweet garland.
