Just keep drawing....

So... today started out fun... i guess. I woke up at about 6am after going to bed at about 6pm and drew. People keep telling me "just keep drawing, just keep drawing... drawing, drawing, drawing". I think Dori said that to Nemo... oh, that was "Just keep swimming, Just keep swimming"! So that's what i am doing. Right now, drawing princess stuff and non-gender icons. Sounds like fun, huh?

Normally, i don't post personal stuff on the blog... but I am STUCK in Chicago in the O'Hare Airport. My flight from 4:30pm got delayed and then canceled until 10:40pm to Denver. Then, i get to stay the whole night in the airport and get on a 6am flight to San Francisco.... where i will be attending the Renegade Craft Fair and picking up our French foriegn exchange student Norman ( from last year) and his family... Alan, Corrine and oh, what's his brothers name??? Can't remember. Anyway... so while i am doing all that i have to "Just keep drawing, Just keep drawing" images that are non-gneder icons and have them colored and scanned by SUNDAY EVENING. Do i sound crazy? Because I seriously think i need my head examined.... I am soooooo tired.

Now... on the upside....
*I have a really cool line of halloween paper out from Pinecone Press called Hocus and Pocus. It was really well recieved at the CHA show
*I now have an Agent... wow... that sounds super cool! And she put me to work immediately ( Just keep drawing, Just keep drawing) with research and art ( hmmmm... that sound really cool).
* I get to go to the Renegade Craft Fair ( although we have no hotel room in San Franciso... so we may sleep on the streets of Haight and Ashbury)
* I get to see Norman from France
* And... things are looking up.

that's it from chicago... because i have to go and draw... yea, yea... you got it.... Just keep drawing, just keep drawing. Pictures to follow soon!
